Will everyone get a raise this year?

Is everyone getting a raise this year? How will they figure it out? The dashboard isn’t working well. Help!

With $8 billion in profit this year, Todd Combs won’t give employees a penny. He got rid of board members who cared about us, cut employees from 49,000 to under 25,000, took away good healthcare, and ended all the scholarship programs. He only cares about profit, not the workers.

@Linden
That’s rough, but higher revenue per employee might mean more job stability for those who are still here.

You think job stability is enough? What about being stuck at $19 an hour for five years with no benefits? Geico’s always been rough, but now it’s rough and not worth it. Enjoy your one hot dog or burger, weirdo.

How does cutting good healthcare lead to job stability? That doesn’t make sense.

Take your 1.1%, if you even get that, and get back to work.

This is like asking President Snow to cancel the Hunger Games. Enjoy your hot dog or burger, but not both.

No clue. They never tell us anything.

There’s no chance Geico is giving everyone a raise. They’re too cheap.

lol

The executives will definitely get raises.

Wait, you guys are getting paid?

Apparently, the Geico Gecko or maybe Uncle Warren himself will decide your raise this year.

Last year I got a 34-cent raise, so I quit. Before that, I used to get 7-10% raises every year for over a decade.

I got a 12-cent raise while new hires started at higher pay than me. They were earning more right after training. Geico isn’t worth it anymore. And yeah, enjoy your one burger or hot dog, not both.

@Jesse
Twelve cents? That’s ridiculous!

You’ll probably get a generous 26-cent raise. Lucky you.

Are they ever going to update the pay scale?

They promised 10% last year but didn’t even come close. What a joke!
