The average raise has been 2% for years.
It’s usually based on your performance rating. If you get rated 3 or higher, you might get a raise. Anything lower, no raise. And you probably won’t see it until March. They like to keep us guessing.
If you’re lucky, maybe 3-5%. Really lucky? 8-10%.
