Why is roadside assistance so bad now?

I’ve been with USAA for 25 years, but this new company, Anjouro (or something like that), is awful.

You can’t talk to a real person. The phone system doesn’t understand you, even simple things like ‘yes’.

The app says ‘high volume nationwide’ which doesn’t make sense – towing in Florida shouldn’t be affecting Oregon. I’m not sure they’re even contacting local people.

After 20 minutes of waiting, I gave up and canceled, calling a local tow service myself. Horrible service. USAA should be ashamed for outsourcing to such poor companies.
