Where can I find contact info for senior management and board members?

Does anyone know an easy way to get direct contact info for senior management or board members? I’m getting really frustrated with how out of touch they seem with USAA’s original mission and their promises to service members. I think it’d be good to get something directly to their desks. It’s time to act now, especially with the CEO search going on—don’t want to see a repeat of the Peacock situation.

Just so you know, all letters sent to board members get directed to the Office of the CEO for handling complaints.

I hate to say it, but they probably don’t care. Unless you can rally a huge number of members, a few complaints won’t make a difference.

I’m going to be blunt and say they don’t care.

100% agree. What a lot of people don’t get is that the higher-ups just surround themselves with yes-men. So when an idiot gets in charge, it’s like a cancer to the company. And once it starts, it’s hard to get rid of. The executive team will just praise Peacock for all the marketing stuff and lean methods he put in place because it fits their corporate ideals, and they’ll look for someone who can just continue his work.

Yeah, the complaints get looked at, but as you said, nothing really changes. There’s a whole team of people going through the complaints, but they just see what can or can’t be addressed.

No one’s going to care, sadly. But if you want to try, write a letter addressed to Wayne at the corporate address.

OP, just so you know, Wayne is actually on the board himself.

You can’t really write directly to the board unless you’re invited to their meetings, which is unlikely. Any complaints you send just go to a special team that might follow up with you, but honestly, they won’t do much. Unless there’s a lot of complaints about one thing, they won’t change much. And even if there are a lot of complaints, it depends on what it’s about and if they’re willing to make changes—honestly, that’s rare.

TL;DR: It’s probably not worth your time. Like any other big corporation, they don’t really care.

Waste of time. No one cares.

Wow, these bots are getting pretty advanced, huh?
