I’ve been researching insurance providers and came across Peterson Insurance. They seem to have good reviews, especially for personalized service and competitive pricing. Has anyone here used them? What’s your take on their claims process and overall service?
I’ve been with Peterson Insurance for about five years now, and they’ve been great. Their agents really take the time to explain policies in simple terms, which I appreciate.

That’s good to hear. How’s their claims process? Do they handle things quickly?
@Kiran
Very quick. I had to file a claim after a storm damaged my roof, and they were on it immediately. I had a check within a week.

Do they offer competitive rates, or are they more on the expensive side?
@Sam
Their rates are pretty good, especially compared to my previous provider. They saved me about 15% when I switched.
I’ve had a mixed experience with them. While their service is generally good, I had to wait longer than expected for a response to one of my emails. Not a dealbreaker, but it was a bit frustrating.

Did it happen during a busy time, like after a storm or something? I’ve noticed most companies get bogged down during peak times.
@Denny
It was right after a storm, so maybe that explains it. Still, I would’ve liked a quicker reply.

Do you think their overall service makes up for occasional delays?
@Freeman
For sure. Their agents are knowledgeable and helpful, which outweighs the small hiccups in communication.
I switched to Peterson Insurance for my home and auto policies, and the savings were significant. Plus, their customer service is top-notch.

What kind of savings did you see? I’m considering switching but need to justify it with some solid numbers.
@Logan
They reduced my premiums by about 20% while giving me better coverage. Definitely worth getting a quote.

Did you bundle your policies for the discount, or was the saving just from switching?
@Finley
I bundled home and auto, which got me an even bigger discount. If you have multiple policies, it’s a no-brainer.
I’ve read a few complaints about rising premiums. Anyone else experienced this?

My premiums went up slightly this year, but the agent explained it was due to inflation and some updates in my coverage. I appreciated the transparency.
@Kyle
That’s fair. I’d rather have them explain the increase than just send me a higher bill with no context.

Mine went up too, but only after I added extra coverage. It wasn’t unexpected, though.
