What are your thoughts on Citizens Insurance?

I’ve heard a lot about Citizens Insurance lately. Some people rave about their customer service, while others have had less than ideal experiences. If you’ve dealt with them, what’s been your experience? Would you recommend them for home and auto coverage?

I’ve had Citizens for years. Their claims process has always been smooth, and the agents are friendly. It’s hard to find that kind of consistency these days.

Same here! I’ve had one home claim, and they made it so easy. My adjuster even followed up after the repairs.

Totally agree. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their customer service team. They really go the extra mile.

Not everyone has had a great experience, though. I’ve heard of people struggling with premium increases after a few years. That worries me.

True, my premium did go up after the first year, but the service has been worth it. They’ve been reliable when it counts.

I had a bad experience with their roadside assistance. It was slow and unorganized, and I ended up calling a local service instead.

I saved a lot by switching to Citizens from AAA. Hopefully, the premium doesn’t jump next year, but for now, I’m happy.

I had a similar experience. Their rates were unbeatable, and their app makes managing everything super easy.

Their agents are so helpful. My rep helped me save money on my policy and made sure I had the best coverage for my needs.

Same here! My agent even contacted me when there were updates to my policy that could save me money.

I had some issues with an adjuster being slow to respond, but once the process started, things went smoothly. Overall, I’d still recommend them.

I’ve heard this before. It seems like some regions have better adjusters than others. Glad your issue got resolved, though!

My experience with them has been mostly positive. Their mobile app is super convenient for filing claims and paying bills.

The app is a lifesaver. I had a claim filed and processed entirely through it, and it couldn’t have been easier.
