Signed my bodily injury release… now what happens?

sorry if this is a silly question… i signed the bodily injury release to settle my claim, and i emailed the signed copy back without filling out the witness part. am i supposed to also mail a physical copy, or is email good enough?

**the person handling my case is super hard to reach, and i haven’t been able to get in touch with her for over a week

sometimes they send money electronically, just depends on how they handle it.

a digital copy by email is legally fine. just make sure to keep a copy for your records.
