Seeking Advice: How Did You Learn on the Job?

Hey People…

I’ve been working as an admin assistant for just under three months, and I recently got my license. The company has two CSRs, and one is leaving soon. They need to fill the position but are worried about whether I can handle it since I’ve only been here a few months and mostly deal with cancellations, audits, and endorsements. The problem is, there isn’t a senior staff member available full-time to train me without adding extra work to the remaining CSR. I still feel like I need more training, and I’m not sure what to do.Is this kind of thing common in this industry? How did you manage to learn and adapt in a similar situation?
Any advice is warmly welcomed… :face_exhaling:
