It’s almost like it isn’t even worth it. Huh.

Don’t know yet.
I drove 8 hours from San Antonio to Big Bend round trip and mine only dropped a point, with no other incidents recorded. There’s definitely an algorithm, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was calculated for everyone differently based on estimated risk. Even had a plane trip that it captured. I went from San Antonio to Mexico City and Mexico City to Mazatlán going probably 500 mph and it didn’t drop my score at all. I did not bother changing it to not a drive since it didn’t affect my score.
@Finlo
That’s funny.

Currently on a cruise and just checked and it is counting my mileage in the middle of the Caribbean. although it is defaulting to not a drive this time.
Eh. If I’m the passenger in my car I get dinged for being on my phone if I take an uber. I get dinged when my wife uses maps to update our destination when driving. I’m just used to it at this point that any and everything will hit that rating like the eventual idiot running a stop sign will end up hitting me but since carplay will be in use safe pilot will think I’m staring at my phone while driving.
