Need Help Getting No Claims Letter from Geico After Moving Abroad

Hi everyone,

I was a Geico customer in Florida from 2015 to 2023, but I’ve moved back to Germany. I need to get a No Claims letter for that period to give to my new insurer here. Since I’m not an active customer anymore, I’m unsure how to request this document.

Does anyone know the best way to reach out to Geico for this, or could someone from Geico help me get the letter?

You could log into the Geico app and use the chat feature to request it.

You can get to a human, you just have to say the right things.

Like mentioned, call customer service at 800-841-3000.

Just call Geico.
