Liberty Mutual Billing Nightmare After Switching – Help Needed!

Hallo…

I’m dealing with a super annoying situation and need some advice. I switched from Liberty Mutual to Safe Hands Insurance over a year ago and thought everything was all set. But now, out of nowhere, Liberty is sending me bills! And to make things worse, they’ve sent the info to collections.
I have no idea why they’re billing me after I switched, and I definitely don’t have the time or patience for this. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of thing with Liberty Mutual or another insurance company? What can I do to fix this and stop the collections hassle?
