Hi everyone I recently applied for a billing customer service job and completed the online assessment. How long did you wait before the company got back to you about your results?
Any advice would be great.

It took a couple of months. Any corporate job I’ve applied for usually takes 2-3 months.
I wouldn’t recommend working there. But it does pay well, so if you do, save a lot and be ready to lose your job anytime. It might not happen - I was there for almost ten years - but recent changes have made it difficult.
Also, make full use of the money for school. Even if you study part-time, using your school benefits each year can get you a free degree in 6-8 years, which is cheaper than paying for one in 4 years.

Thank you for your response. It gave me a new perspective and something to think about.
I heard back within about a week or so. But each position is different and it depends on if they are focusing on that area now or in the near future.
