i have a homeowners policy with them, but they messed up my property’s square footage and won’t fix it, which impacts my rate. so yeah, i’d recommend watching out for errors if you go with them.
Travelers dropped us after 8 years because of two small claims. they’re quick to take your money, but one or two claims and you’re out.
Travelers is much better than Allstate. They handle claims smoothly, their policy docs are straightforward, and I can reach reps quickly when I need them. It’s not the cheapest but totally worth it for peace of mind.
I’d stay away from Travelers. They totaled my car in October, but it took months for them to send the check. Really poor communication. I pay my premiums on time, I expect them to pay on time too.
