I’m from Florida and I’m currently shopping around for insurance providers. I’ve heard of Allstate, but I’m not sure if they’re a good insurance company. Can anyone here share their experiences with Allstate? I’m particularly interested in hearing about their customer service, claims process, and overall satisfaction with their coverage. Lsst year the Zebra rated the Allstate at 4.4 out of 5 stars in, indicating reliability. However, their rates tend to be more expensive compared to some competitors.
Allstate’s services were unsatisfactory before, but they’re on the verge of deteriorating further.
They’re currently shifting all their staff to India and opting for the cheapest contractors within the United States.
Agencies, underwriting, and service departments have lost their authority to address exceptions or resolve issues.
Their primary focus is to minimize expenses and boost shareholder profits, even if it means delaying processes and offering inadequate settlements when you file a claim.

Wow, regarding the issue of lowballing. I usually refrain from accusing any carrier of lowballing, but they’ll definitely pressure contractors to skimp on quality and reject paying fair rates for repairs. And when that occurs, you end up with subpar repairs.
Unfortunately, some carriers may pressure contractors to cut corners and offer subpar repairs by not paying fair rates. Ensuring quality repairs should be a priority for everyone involved.
