If you’ve already set your account to paperless, try these steps: (1) Contact customer service via phone or chat and ask them to open a support ticket, (2) file a grievance with your plan, and (3) if that doesn’t work, submit a complaint to Medicare/CMS. That will get sent to the plan and can affect their star rating, which might encourage them to fix the issue.
