Anyone tried Sapiens Auto Insurance in Florida? Is it worth it?

I’ve been hearing about Sapiens Auto Insurance Florida, and it sounds like they’ve got some pretty cool features, like an app for managing policies and fast claims processing. They claim to be tech-savvy and offer good coverage at competitive rates. Has anyone here used them? Are they really as good as they sound?

I switched to Sapiens last year, and honestly, it’s been great. Their app is super easy to use, and filing a claim was a breeze. No long waits or annoying paperwork.

That’s good to hear. How are their rates compared to other providers? I’m looking for something affordable but still reliable.

@Noor
Their rates were better than my old company, especially with the multi-car discount. I also liked how customizable the policies were—you can really tailor it to your needs.

I’m considering them because of the roadside assistance and rental car coverage. Do those extras make a big difference?

The roadside assistance came in clutch for me. My car broke down on I-95, and they were quick to send help. Definitely worth it.

@Ansel
That’s exactly the kind of support I’m looking for. Did you add it as an extra, or was it included?

It was included in my policy. You might want to double-check depending on the coverage level you choose.

How does their claims process compare to other companies? I had a nightmare with my last insurer taking weeks to resolve a simple claim.

Sapiens is much faster. I had a minor fender bender, and they resolved it in a couple of days. You can track everything on their app, which saves a lot of hassle.

@TrashfordWells
That’s a relief to hear. The transparency with the app sounds like a game-changer. Do they use AI for claims too?

Yep, they do. The AI speeds up the assessment process, especially for straightforward claims. It’s nice not having to wait for weeks.

I’ve heard they’re good for Florida-specific issues, like hurricane-related damage. Has anyone tested their comprehensive coverage for weather events?

I had to make a claim after some tree damage during a storm last year. They handled it quickly, and the payout was fair. It’s clear they know the challenges Florida drivers face.

@Piper
That’s reassuring. Did you have to pay a high deductible for the comprehensive coverage?

My deductible was pretty standard—around $500. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind.

Are they good for young drivers? My son just got his license, and I’m looking for something affordable that still provides decent coverage.

They have good rates for young drivers, especially if you bundle policies. My niece is with them, and they were much cheaper than the other quotes she got.

@Ari
Good to know! I’ll definitely check out their bundling options. Thanks for the tip.
