Anyone know the cheapest car insurance in texas?

Hey everyone, I’m looking into car insurance options in Texas, and it looks like Texas Farm Bureau might be one of the cheapest. Has anyone here used them or know if there’s a better option?

Yeah, Texas Farm Bureau has some of the best rates. I think they charge about $86 for full coverage. They also have low rates for minimum coverage, something like $33 a month.

That’s pretty cheap. I checked out State Farm as well, and they’re not too far behind. They’re around $107 a month for full coverage, but they might be more reliable for customer service.

I’ve had Texas Farm Bureau for a few months now, and it’s been good so far. Nothing fancy, but the rates are definitely better than others I’ve seen.

If you’re military or a family member, USAA has great rates too, around $114 a month for full coverage. They have a solid reputation for customer service as well.

I’m with USAA, and they’ve been great. The rates are reasonable, and it’s nice knowing customer service is reliable if I ever need it.

For teens or younger drivers, Texas Farm Bureau has good rates compared to others. It’s about $143 for full coverage if you’re under 25, which is way cheaper than most companies for that age group.

Yeah, young drivers pay a lot more, but Farm Bureau does seem more affordable for them. Still expensive, but better than some of the other quotes I’ve seen.

Anyone know if rates go up a lot after a speeding ticket? I heard Texas Farm Bureau doesn’t raise them as much as others.

That’s true. Texas Farm Bureau and State Farm both tend to have smaller rate increases after a ticket. Probably a good choice if you’re worried about that.

For anyone with lower credit scores, Texas Farm Bureau has pretty good rates compared to others. They’re around $195 for full coverage, which is way better than a lot of companies.

Good to know. It’s frustrating that credit affects rates, but it’s nice to have some affordable options.
