Anyone else fed up with this company's so-called service?

And I say “service” loosely. They keep bragging about how easy everything is, but the second I need to talk to a real person, I get stuck in a loop of automated nonsense for ten minutes… then it’s “our office is closed.”

Rob Gronkowski is all over their ads saying they’re available 24/7, but when you actually need help? Nope. Maybe instead of paying celebrities, they should put that money into better customer service.

Alright, cool story bro.

What department were you even trying to reach?

If you really think every single department should be open 24/7, that’s kind of funny.

Been with them over 30 years, never had trouble getting someone on the phone. Sometimes there’s a short wait, but they’ve always handled things for me.

That said, their car insurance prices have gone through the roof. I switched to Progressive because it was way cheaper. Still have my banking and credit with them, no complaints there.

@Briar
I had two accidents last year and getting ahold of my adjuster was a nightmare both times.

They just kept forwarding me to voicemail, and no one ever called back. Took over two weeks just to get a human on the line.

Been with them my whole life, same with my parents and grandparents. But the past couple of years? Service has nosedived.

@Briar
I still bank with them and have insurance, but I barely use my USAA credit card anymore—way better rewards elsewhere.

Pentagon Federal gives 2% cash back on everything with no limits, and it goes straight to my savings account every month. I only keep my USAA card open because it’s my oldest one.

@Jo
But we used to have both. USAA used to be competitively priced AND had amazing service.

Back in the day, other insurance companies wouldn’t even try to compete because USAA had the best deals. And every time I called, I got a real person who actually helped me.

Now? Prices are through the roof, and service is terrible.

Your complaint is all talk, no substance. If you need to call customer service, you’re already doing something wrong.

Everything can be done through the app—why not just use that?

Also, your experience probably depends on your status. Officer? High-ranking enlisted? Just enlisted? Military brat? Trust me, it makes a difference with them.

OP needs to take a deep breath, pull up his big boy pants, and move on.
