You can be upset but why try to hurt people?

I saw a story about someone getting upset and going too far, trying to hurt others. This kind of behavior doesn’t help anyone. Why do people think this is the solution?

Robert Beaty, 70, of Tampa arrived at the guard gate demanding to speak with a USAA representative Tuesday afternoon, investigators said. When guards refused to let him inside, Beaty strapped on a helmet and drove recklessly through the building’s parking garage.

This is exactly why members aren’t allowed in the call center and why I never share my last name with anyone who asks. I’d love to help people face-to-face, but actions like this make sure that won’t happen anytime soon.

Back in the 1980s, I worked as a security guard at Life of Virginia. All of us were armed back then.

The guards at USAA are armed too.

Honestly, with the way they treat veterans, I’m not surprised they need armed guards.

@Paxton
True that.

USAA insurance probably has coverage for incidents like this.

First thought I had was whether this person was an employee.
