I can’t believe how hard it’s been to get my wife added to my account at USAA. We’ve been going back and forth for over a year, doing everything right, signing cards, sending papers, but they’re still not getting it done. Anyone else have this problem? It’s so frustrating.
Same here with my wife. I got fed up and just pulled all my money out, moved it to a local bank where she’s on the account too.

Honestly, I’m probably going to have to do the same. Only problem is I’m stationed overseas right now.

It’s funny how people just downvote instead of helping. Guess they’ve had a better experience than me, lol.
@Zen
This forum is like that. Don’t expect much, just like your experience with USAA.

This made me laugh, thanks!
@Zen
There are definitely a lot of USAA fans here who just blindly defend them. Don’t worry about them, it’s not like their points matter in real life.
For what it’s worth, when I switched from USAA to Navy, it wasn’t easy either. Took a few phone calls to get my wife on the account, but honestly, the customer service at NFCU was amazing. Never had to wait long, and they didn’t make me jump through a million hoops like USAA does.
Okay… so what’s your point? You’re free to leave if you don’t like it.

Why even bother replying? You didn’t really add anything to the conversation, and you got the grammar wrong. It’s ‘you’re’ not ‘your’.
@Asher
Oh, look at you, Mr. Grammar Police. Maybe your wife needs a new man.

I can’t imagine spending my time on a forum just to be angry at people. Congrats on fixing your grammar, though. You almost had it right, but still messed up the first ‘you’re’. Maybe next time.
@Asher
You’re probably just compensating for something, huh?

You’re still messing up the ‘you’re’. Maybe focus on that before calling others out. Sheesh.
@Asher
Your wife deserves a bbc.
Looks like you’re just projecting your own fantasies onto others.
