I’m considering Millennial Specialty Insurance for some of my coverage needs and wanted to get some feedback. Has anyone had experience with them? How’s their customer service, claims process, and overall reliability?

We’ve been with Millenium Insurance for almost 11 years, and they’ve been fantastic. We’ve had no complaints, especially compared to what others sometimes face. After one-vehicle accident, they handled it quickly and smoothly. When my garage was broken into and tools were stolen, they didn’t ask for receipts—just a list of what was taken and their replacement costs. Even secondhand or gifted tools were replaced with new ones. They issued a check for half the total cost, and after I bought new tools and provided receipts, they sent another check for the remaining amount.
I followed their advice to make a video inventory of my tools, updating it regularly. This makes it easier to manage claims if needed. My tools are covered whether they’re in my garage, work vehicle, or on job sites. I highly recommend Millenium Insurance.
I was charged $44.36 3 times on Dec 27th. Thank goodness I had extra money in my bank account. I feel so bad for those who don’t. This is unacceptable I just signed up with them a few months ago after a new move.
