Hey, I’m trying to figure out what insurance Gentle Dental takes. I saw they accept Delta Dental, MetLife, and a bunch of others, but I’m not sure if mine is included. Has anyone had experience with them accepting insurance that’s not listed? Do they accept out-of-network plans?
I had the same question! I’m with United Concordia, and they accepted it no problem. They do say they accept over 200 plans, so it’s worth giving them a call to confirm.

Same here. I’m with Altus, and they were super helpful about verifying everything before my first visit. I’d just call them up and ask—it’s better to check directly.
Yeah, they told me they accept a lot of plans even if they’re out of network. The fees weren’t much different from in-network for me, and they handled the insurance stuff for me.

That’s good to know! I’m worried about out-of-network costs, but if the fees are similar, I’ll just stick with them.
I use Guardian, and they accept it too. I think most of the big ones are covered, so you should be fine. Just double-check when you book your appointment!

Yeah, I think they take all the major plans. I’m with BlueCross BlueShield, and it was smooth sailing. Definitely call ahead to confirm though.
