I was recently involved in an accident where I rear-ended another vehicle. We exchanged information and went our separate ways. I assume they’ve already contacted their insurance by now. However, I received a phone call and a text message from someone at Progressive, even though their insurance is with Connect. Is this some sort of scam? Has anyone experienced something like this before? Thanks!
