Is Liberty Mutual any good for Auto/Homeowners/Business Insurance?

Their rates look wonderful, but I never got a quote from them in the first place. Does this sound familiar to anyone else?

Imagine handling a claim with them in person. Are they excellent at all? Any suggestions???

They rank as the nation’s sixth-biggest auto insurer. There is no specific reason not to use them as long as you are receiving the coverage you require.
