If you’ve already set your account for paperless, try these steps: (1) Contact their customer service via phone or chat and ask if they can open a support ticket, (2) submit a grievance to your plan, and (3) if that doesn’t work, file a complaint with Medicare/CMS. This will be sent to the plan and could impact their star rating, which might push them to address the issue.
