How can I stop CARFAX Car Care notifications after switching from Progressive?

A few months ago, I switched my car insurance from Progressive, which included CARFAX Car Care. Unfortunately, three weeks after switching, I was rear-ended, and my car was deemed a total loss. I keep getting CARFAX Car Care notifications about my old car. I try unsubscribing, but it keeps redirecting me to the Progressive app, and I don’t have a Progressive policy anymore. I don’t see any options in the Progressive app to turn these email notifications off. Has anyone else dealt with this? How can I turn this off?

I had a similar issue. Try logging into the CARFAX Car Care app or website directly, if you have an account. From there, you can remove the vehicle from your ‘Garage’ or adjust your notification settings.

If unsubscribing through emails isn’t working, consider setting up a filter in your email client to automatically delete or archive messages from CARFAX Car Care.

I faced this too. Deleting the vehicle from the CARFAX app stopped the notifications for me.
