Help with Logging In… Aetna Value Plan and EyeMed Vision

I’m trying to log in to check my vision benefits, but the site isn’t recognizing my ID number. It’s getting really frustrating. Any advice? I’m deaf and can’t use the phone. I also don’t have a TTY and don’t know sign language since I wasn’t born deaf.

I understand. That’s why I shared information with other options besides TTY.

I already sent them a message. I think they removed the chat feature. I don’t see it on the site anymore.
