I’m trying to log in to check my vision benefits, but the site isn’t recognizing my ID number. It’s getting really frustrating. Any advice? I’m deaf and can’t use the phone. I also don’t have a TTY and don’t know sign language since I wasn’t born deaf.

I already sent them a message. I think they removed the chat feature. I don’t see it on the site anymore.
