Just wanted to remind everyone of that time three years ago when Veterans in R7 were asked to update their military history in Workday for a chance to win a cup of coffee. What a memorable moment, right?

Happy Veterans Day to all the veterans out there, the unsung heroes. We used to get emails and celebrations. We’re not looking for praise or accolades. We volunteered to protect and defend the Constitution and our country. Now, it feels like nobody mentions it even if they know you’re a veteran. So, I’ll say it: Thank you for your service!

They do have that annual ceremony you can join if you want to be recognized. I think they started promoting it early this year, like a month in advance. Plus, I’ve seen messages in the Webex/Slack channels today, and it’s even on the company homepage.
