Generally, the insurance comes with the car. Because your parents own the car, they will insure it if you or any other random person borrows it. But, the insurance provider might object to you using the car, and they would make your parents add you to their policy as an insured driver, which would increase their prices.
If you and your parents share the same address, some insurance providers will need your parents to add you to the policy in any case. Different policies apply to other companies.
