You should’ve gotten a notice in mid or late December. Check your account folders where they store all communications. Look under the insurance section.
It might’ve been applied to your next bill as a credit, especially if you didn’t request a direct deposit or check.
That happened to me too. Mine was applied as a credit to my autopay bill.

Where do you see it? I’ve had USAA car insurance for a couple of years but haven’t noticed anything like that.
Not everyone gets it. It depends on which USAA company you’re insured by.

What’s the prefix on your policy? Mine is GAR, and I’ve never received a dividend.
Mine is CIC, and I got it. It rolled back into my policy.
CIC policies usually get dividends. GAR doesn’t. I’m not sure about GIC, though. Maybe someone from USAA can clarify.
They usually come in December at the end of your policy period.

Thanks for the replies! I didn’t have coverage for about a year when I wasn’t driving, and I restarted in June 2024. Looks like I’ll need to call and see why I haven’t gotten it yet.
If it’s under $50, I think they automatically apply it to your bill.
