I’ve been shopping around for car insurance in South Carolina… Anyone know the best options for affordable coverage? Auto-Owners seems to be a popular pick, but IDK if it’s the best out there. Any tips would be awesome
I’m with Auto-Owners, and it’s been pretty affordable for full coverage. I pay around $120 a month, which is cheaper than my last provider

Same here. Auto-Owners didn’t even raise my rate after a ticket, which is rare. You might want to give them a shot

That’s actually impressive… most places jack up the price right away after a ticket. Might switch myself
If you’re in the military or a family member is, check out USAA. They have some of the lowest rates, but you gotta qualify for it

Yeah, USAA is solid if you qualify. I’ve seen them beat out most of the other providers, especially for liability-only coverage
Farm Bureau also has good options for teens and younger drivers in SC. I got a decent rate with them when I first started driving
