My wife signed up for Friday Health Plans through healthcare.gov, but we have not been able to contact the company at all. Their website, app, web chat, and phone lines don’t work, and our emails and contact form submissions go unanswered. We are worried about using their benefits when needed.
Has anyone else experienced this with Friday Health Plans?
This year, I enrolled in Friday Health for the first time in North Carolina, and I am having the same issue. Can not communicate with anyone. No callback, no phone, no app, and no website. About to test out an email. If not, I am going to the state insurance department to file a complaint.
This corporation has stolen a portion of my money, but they have also received substantial subsidies from the federal government. Thus far, it appears that they are a fraud, siphoning off public monies through the operation of a shell corporation that appears and feels like insurance but is essentially inactive.
I sell health insurance. I highly advise getting in touch with the state insurance commissioner in North Carolina. They will undoubtedly assist in resolving problems. Additionally, you ought to get in touch with your attorney general. Reaching out to both will undoubtedly yield rewards.
