Anyone else waiting for the 2024 savings payout?

I usually get a notification about the savings payment around this time of year, but I haven’t heard anything yet. Does anyone have any info about this?

It’s still under review. If the board approves it, the payout should be processed this month.

The direct deposit dates for Social Security payments in December 2024 are as follows:

  1. If you get both Social Security and SSI, or started benefits before May 1997, you’ll get your deposit on Tuesday, December 3.
  2. Birthdays from the 1st to the 10th will receive payments on Wednesday, December 11.
  3. Birthdays from the 11th to the 20th will have payments deposited on Wednesday, December 18.
  4. Birthdays from the 21st to the 31st will see payments on Tuesday, December 24, due to the holiday coming up.
